80% of our production is specialized in custom-made orders according to the customers’ requests. Delivery terms are between 1 - 6 months depending on ordered volume and selected colors.
When placing the order we request partial advance payment according to the individual agreement with the customer but minimum is 40%.
Minimum quantity for placing your order into production is 10 to 15 pieces of each product required. The buyer is obliged to pay for and take away the overproduction and any second quality.
We also offer you the option to purchase from our wholesale stock.
Our prices are ex works and based on CZK currency. We change the CZK prices once a year depending on the costs of the production.
The EUR and USD prices are determined according to the current exchange rate. We always require payment for the goods before dispatch.

After ordering products from our wholesale stock, it takes 3-6 working days for packaging and processing of customs documents, depending on the quantity.
The standard packing cost is already included in the price of the product. We offer the luxurious and custom-made packaging for additional charge.
Transportation charges and related costs are NOT included in the price of our products. The damage and loss of the products during the transport is a risk of the customer. We strongly recommend to arrange the transport with an insurance.
